You can check you ballance using your VoIP card. Just call the free access number and enter the serial number and PIN code of your VoIP Card.

Please draw your attention that you need to enter not only card serial number but also it's PIN code. You need to enter all numbers in a row - first Card's serial number, then PIN-code.

It looks like you don't switch your phone to the tone dealing mode. In most cases you can do it using * button of your phone.

Remember that your request's phone number have to be entered completely, according to the international standarts. Country code + Town code + phone number. You have to use this format even is you make call to the room next door.

The most of the modern phones have a "remember phone" feature. You just need to enter in the phone memory the numbers from the Card number and it's PIN-code.
